He is an accomplished and dynamic business leader with over 30 years of business strategy and operations experience across multiple industries and healthcare sectors, both regional and global. Twenty years of that experience has been focused in healthcare, partnering with leaders across the ecosystem to improve performance outcomes. 

Bill's healthcare customers have included leading academic medical centers, multi-facility/multi-regional integrated delivery networks, physician group practices, pediatric hospitals, behavioral health, home health, managed care organizations, accountable care organizations, managed services organizations, independent practice associations, national and regional health plans, global pharmaceutical and medical device companies, retail healthcare firms, healthcare IT consulting companies and private equity firms.

Bill has a BA in Computer Science from SUNY Oswego.
