PE Apron Product Warranty

 

Sagamore Healthcare LLC warrants that its PE Apron meets the minimum technical specifications located here. If the customer believes that this product fails to meet the minimum specifications listed on the website, the customer will send the samples of the products that are out of specification to Sagamore Healthcare PO Box 6760, Ellicott City, MD 20142. Sagamore Healthcare will have the samples tested by a third-party lab against the specifications listed on the website. In the event that the manufacturer’s products do not meet or exceed the minimum criteria specified, Sagamore Healthcare LLC will first attempt to replace the PE Aprons that are out of specification with a similar or upgraded product at no additional cost to the customer. If, after replacing the product, it does not meet or exceed the minimum specifications listed on the website, Sagamore Healthcare will provide the customer with a refund for the portion of the product that remains out of specification.
